🍵 Price: 300 - 400+ EUR (Shipping fee excluded)

Concept to physical product.
Commission price refers to design + manufacturing + platform fees. Shipping will require a 2nd payment.
Price range will depend on the complexity of your reference / description.
By default, commissioned work and products are eligible for personal use only.
For commercial inquiries, please select “Commercial” in your request form.
Design + production time: approx. 2 - 3+ months depending on my current workload and manufacturer’s production queue.

Concept design and physical bag reference

🍵 General

Throughout the TOS, the terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Janiice Studio. The terms “commissioner”, “you”, “your” refers to the client.
By requesting a commission, you automatically acknowledge and agree to all the following terms.
If any of the terms are violated, you will be blacklisted and reported on any platform I feel necessary to. Monetary compensation and legal aid may be required under severe circumstances.
These terms are subject to changes at any time without notice according to my needs.

🍵 Payment & fees

All fees are calculated in EUR € and paid via PayPal or Stripe invoices.
Full payment upfront for personal licenses.
At least 50% down payment of the original price for commercial licenses. You must pay the rest within 5 business days after approving my sketch (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).

🍵 Refund

I feel unable to finish it.
You requested for a refund/cancellation before I started working on your commission.

🍵 Revisions & Deadlines

Your are entitled to a maximum of 2 free revisions by default, any extra review will require additional fee.
Please specify upon request if you have a hard deadline.
Deadlines may vary depending on my current workload and health situation.
A partial refund of 20% to 50% may be issued if the deadline is heavily overdue.

🍵 Use & IP rights

Heavily alter my work, small edits such as cropping or applying filters are allowed.
Heavily referencing my work in any shape or form.
Claiming my work as your own.
Reposting my work without properly crediting me.
Feed my work into any kinds of AI-learning programs.

I reserve all rights to my design works, including using your commission to promote myself on any platform. The commissioner is prohibited from using the commissioned design for anything other than personal use (e.g. mass produce bags based on the sample you commissioned from me). If you wish to purchase the commercial license, please read the next paragraph.
Commercial license will require a 200% to 300% additional fee based on the original price. This will allow the commissioner to use their commissioned work for any commercial purposes except the above mentioned rules.

Additional terms for physical product commissions

🍵 Shipping

Please double-check your information such as name, address, postal code and email before placing an order. PO box address is not acceptable for shipping purposes. Rejected parcels due to wrong/incomplete information will result in an extra shipping charge in order to resend the returned items.
Due to effects of the COVID-19-pandemic, the current transit time of packages can take LONGER THAN 2 - 8 WEEKS depending on the country/region. Please be patient.
All parcels comes with a tracking number.

🍵 Customs & taxes

Commissioners are fully responsible for any taxes, customs charges or similar fees imposed by their country/region of residence. I will not refund any fees if the parcel is rejected due to customs fee.
I also do not take responsability for any delays due to customs/post office or lost/stolen/damaged items in transit.
